Please Note: All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.
If you're not happy with your U.S. purchase, we'll assist you with a return. Here's how it works:

Contact us: Please contact us at info@jop.team to initiating a return/exchange. we will send you a pre-paid return label.

Conditions: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the ship date for items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with their original packaging.

Fees: If an item is determined to be in an unsellable condition, a handling fee may be applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the items to ensure their eligibility. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 3-5 days from the date of approval.
