Return Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll assist you with a return or exchange. Here's how it works:
- Return Authorization: Please contact us at info@jop.team for a Return Tracking Number (RTN#) before initiating a return.
- Conditions: We gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the ship date for items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with their original packaging.
- Fees: If an item is determined to be in an unsellable condition, a handling fee may be applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Label: For standard returns, you do need to pay for a return label. However, if your item is faulty, please reach out to us at info@jop.team, and we'll send you a pre-paid return label.
- Processing Time: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the items to ensure their eligibility. Once approved, the funds will be issued back to the original payment method within 3-5 days from the date of approval.Â
